Rocket Julep (sweet and fresh)

30 ml Apple-arugula syrup
30 ml Cold Brew coffee**
8-10 Spearmint leaves
Crushed ice
Spearmint stem peak
Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients in the specified order to a highball glass. Fill half the glass with crushed ice and stir well, so the spearmint leaves are thoroughly and equally mixed in.
- Fill the rest of the glass with crushed ice.
- Serving suggestion-garnish: Garnish with a spearmint stem peak.
- Serving glass: Highball.
- ** Cold brew can be purchased from coffee breweries. Typically, it is made with 1-part coffee per 6 parts water.
