Purple Tear

30 ml pineapple purée
20 ml bitter almond syrup
30 ml fresh squeezed orange juice
5ml grenadine
Crushed ice
Pineapple triangle slice
Preparation:
- Add the pineapple purée, almond syrup, and orange juice in a shaker. Add the crushed ice.
- Shake well for 10 seconds to combine. Pour the mixture into a highball glass. Fill with crushed ice. Slowly add the grenadine.
- Serving suggestion-garnish: Place a pineapple triangle slice at the rim for garnish.
- Serving glass: Highball.
