Tiki Paloma (sweet and sour)

30 ml Passion Fruit purée
30 ml Coconut purée
10 ml Lime juice
Grapefruit Soda
Crushed ice
Edible flower
Preparation:
- In the serving glass add the passion fruit and coconut purée, and the lime juice. Fill half the glass with crushed ice and stir well.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice. Top up with grapefruit soda.
- Serving suggestion-garnish: Use an edible flower as an optional garnish.
- Serving glass: Highball.
