Ingredients

  • 30 ml pineapple purée

  • 20 ml bitter almond syrup

  • 30 ml fresh squeezed orange juice

  • 5ml grenadine

  • Crushed ice

  • Pineapple triangle slice

Preparation:

  • Add the pineapple purée, almond syrup, and orange juice in a shaker. Add the crushed ice.
  • Shake well for 10 seconds to combine. Pour the mixture into a highball glass. Fill with crushed ice. Slowly add the grenadine.

  • Serving suggestion-garnish: Place a pineapple triangle slice at the rim for garnish.
  • Serving glass: Highball.
