Purée is made from washed fruits combined in a blender, which causes them to melt finely. To preserve the fresh fruit color, add 1-2 teaspoons of lemon and, depending on the sweetness desired, a little sugar syrup. It is suggested that you work the fruits in the blender well, and then gradually add the lemon and the sugar interchangeably until the taste is right. Important: Strain the purée well in order to get rid of little fruit pieces or fibers. If you want a passion fruit purée, we recommend the following process:

Wash the fruits well and cut them in half. With a spoon, carefully take out the pulp of the fruits. Then, push the pulps through a strainer, in order to extract the juice and leave out the pips. The purée is ready.
